The stay was okay. A standard hotel. No refrigerator or microwave. Bed was too soft. Spacious room. Nice employees.

Exceptional They only provide shampoo not conditioners!!!! We had to go out to a target at 11pm to get conditioner. The location and the pillows! Also had requested a lower floor since cannot do stairs and they honored the request. The breakfast area was very clean and even though minimal was well stocked.

Exceptional The first room they gave us was not up to theirs our my standards . However, we were able to change our room to a much better one. Very nice rooms and comfortable.

Excellent Very clean, glad there was an elevator and they had luggage carts. Staff was very friendly. Door needed to be fixed, but they were quick to take care of it. Breakfast was meh, basics were provided.

Very Good The staff had time to visit with us about the community and directions for our travel. The lady taking care of the breakfast was so pleasant.
