Excellent That employees who went in and out of the Laundry room, slammed the door .. every.single.time. When you are given a room right next it, it is difficult to rest. The breakfast was basic, but adequate. The OJ was not real OJ, but instead, an orange flavored drink. We enjoyed the convenience to the train, that there is a corner market just a block down, also a small diner close by and McDonald's just across the street.

No frills, great location = Excellent budget option. Comfortable room in great location. Five minute or less walk to subway (7 train) for a 20 minute or so ride into Manhattan. Q32 bus just across the street. Plenty of food/drink within easy walking distance. Neighborhood felt safe. Breakfast nothing to get excited about, but filled me up each morning. For a budget NYC visit, this is a fantastic option. I'd happily stay again.

Good Het personeel was niet super vriendelijk, vrij kortaf, vooral toen we belden over hoe de douche precies werkte. Fijne locatie. Met 20 minuten sta je in hartje New York. Kamer was simpel, maar prima. Ontbijt bestond uit donuts en bagels, basaal maar prima.
