Have previously had nice stays but standards have slipped Cleanliness- room service only ever replaced towels and toileteries, didn't wipe sinks or dust. Sheets and towels threadbare and stained Dirty carpet and dated furniture Someone dropped a cooked breakfast on the carpet in the corridor, cleaning staff ignored for days Even though it is a non-smoking hotel, here was a constant smell of marijuana in the lobby and which permeated into our bedroom. Location. Hotel was warm, bed was comfortable
