Good location The attendant during breakfast was kinda insensitive and rude. Breakfast timing is till 9:30 am but he started clearing the food before that and telling guest to move faster Location is very convenient since it's just 2 mins walk away from the subway. Hence going around NY is easy
Good Location is kind of dreary Hotel was adequate and comfortable for a one- night stay.

I probably won't stay again although my daughter lives 3 blocks away. Thought I checked in early to guarantee a good room. When I got back I found I wasn't checked in and had a room in the basement. It was overly warm without a good air conditioner. The property is in need of updating. The breakfast room was small and too warm. Not enough choices of food. The staff who checked me in was very friendly!

Good low cost hotel near Manhattan Breakfast was below average. Wifi was slow Close to Metro & Manhattan. Excellent: Peters Grill & Dinner next door.
