Pleasant Muy mal servicio. La tarifa que me cobraron fue muy por encima de la que hice en la reservación por booking. No tienen cajas de seguridad en las habitaciones
Fair Poco comunicativi. Parcheggiato nella loro struttura rischiato di essere multato xche non avevo esposto un foglio sul cruscotto che non mi avevano dato al check in. La posizione. In mezz'ora sei a time square. La zona è molto sicura anche di notte. La metto 7 ottima x ogni spostamento.
Never Again. Bed bugs,dry blood on pillow case... I had to check out one day early due to family emergency and gave the girl at the desk that info. She made a nite of it in computer, but when I wrnt to check out, the man said I had to pay for fourth night because I didn't notify anyone. Location was great

Very good location The cleaning staff and quality of work,even that we left the room early in the morning and put sign on door for the maid,we came back into the hotel after 3 pm and the room was not done and you could not take a shower because the towels where pick up early in the morning. Fowlty remote control for the tv. The vending machine on our floor did not work and for ice had to go to the second floor Location
