Gute aber etwas laute Lage. Man wird vom Personal gemieden. Das Personal könnte freundlicher sein. Dieses zeigte keinerlei Freundlichkeit und positiven Augenkontakt. Der defekte Kühlschrank ist in Rekordzeit ausgewechselt worden (bei Ankunft um Mitternacht). Nach Trinkgeld kein Augenkontakt und Dank. Das Morgenessen wird demonstrativ rasch abgedeckt (bei Ende 10.00 Uhr), dies von einem ausdruckslosem Mann - welcher hetzend und laut arbeitet. Good Non funzionava la doccia...solo bagno, che in viaggio non è molto comodo. Ci hanno dato una camera nel piano seminterrato ed è buia e un po'triste...chiedete camere ai piani superiori!! La colazione non è il massimo, poca scelta, sempre uguale e pochi tavoli rispetto agli ospiti. Ma è compresa nel prezzo, cosa rara a New York! Letto molto comodo, due piazze e mezza! Good I was put in the basement and didn't like it at all -- NO VIEW Walking distance to 40 Lowery Street Subway station. Quite clean place and a good morning breakfast.

Wij hebben voor de derde keer genoten van ons verblijf in NY, veel gedaan en gezien. De kamer prima, bed goed, badkamer schoon, ontbijt goed, centrale ligging t.o.v. metro en gratis parkeerplek.

Just OK. Staff has no customer service training. No eye contact except at checkout. Abrupt manner at check in. Answered question about subway location as though I was bothering him. Hotel in walking distance from subway. Next. Door to 24 hour McDonalds and one block from a gas station.
