Good location, but noisy and not very clean rooms. The hotel makes an impression it has seen better days. The floors in the corridor in in the room were dirty, the elevator's button was broken. The door to our room was thin, one could hear everything what happened in the corridor. Ventilation system in the bathroom used to turn on automatically (with the light!), it was really disturbing in the night. Get what ya paid for Shower did not work and was slightly moldy Sheets and pillows were clean. No stains
I love the location of this hotel! And for the price, I try to stay here everytime I hit NYC. Room is comfortable and everything worked properly. Beds are clean and comfy.

Perfect location in safe area The overnight front desk person didn’t even know how to extend the room so I had to come down in the morning to pay. it was very inconvenient and he was condescending. I am not sure why he works front desk with his attitude. We ended up getting the corner room and it was spacious. Furnitures were outdated and worn, the mattress was comfortable. The room was clean and the housekeeping left us alone which I prefer. The front desk during the day was great. Very helpful and courteous.
