Hotel práctico en Queens, con oportunidades de mejorar en cuanto a la actitud de servicio. La actitud del personal y que suspendieron el servicio de desayuno aparentemente por COVID. Sin embargo en la página del hotel sigue apareciendo que incluye desayuno. Muy mala actitud del personal, llegamos temprano y no nos quisieron guardar el equipaje para poder ir a comer.

Good The shower is not good , during our first night middle of night my wife is Uncomfortable then she bites with the bed bugs , then we report to the front desk they just changes our room that’s it , I’m disappointed that night .I don’t sleep the whole night .
