Pleasant Place could do good with a plumbing upgrade,the tiolet don't flush well,the jacuzzi in the room is not working,the faucet is shakey ans the shower handle dropping off,the location is good tho and the staff was ok

Good choice for a quick trip We understood that due to the pandemic some services were unavailable (breakfast, room service) but it still felt that some effort could have been done to improve the guest's comfort. The room was a bit dark and humid (I am allergic and woke up with a stuffy nose everyday). It was a nice choice for a 7-day trip. We liked the location of the hotel (3 blocks from metro station, 15 minutes to Manhattan by train, and very close to CVS, McDonalds, shops, etc.)
Staff Friendly...But Poor Cleanliness The actual room itself could’ve been a lot cleaner. I like the surrounding area of Sunnyside, Queens.
