Wonderful Beds were hard to sleep on. Staff was very friendly with great customer service skills. Helpful and attentive to my needs. Rooms were clean and well maintained.

Pleasant There were several things that weren't working properly, the phone, ice machine on our floor, the room keys were hard to get to work, the computer printer, took 2 days to get to work. Clean,the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly.

Good The bed was terrible! Worst night of sleep me and my wife have had at a hotel. We both woke up with our bodies in tremendous pain and aches. My back still hurts. For the record, I'm not usually very picky about beds but this one was awful. Staff was beyond polite and professional. I witnessed a difficult customer that basically was an idiot but the staff remained very professional... I wouldn't have!
