Nice location, unfriendly staff Unfriendly front desk staff. Housekeeping were friendly. The place smells very strongly of cleaning products, could bother someone with sensitivities. Very clean, nice location that’s walkable to sites and restaurants

Value for money The lift wasn’t working and it was difficult carrying bags up The breakfast was simple - bread, eggs, juices, sausages,muffins. It was centrally located and close to the art museums and kennedy memorial. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Tea, coffee and water was available in the reception area
