It was okay, but since we spent quite a bit of time in the room, it was not particularly pleasant. We were put in a handicap accessible room without being asked if we needed it. We did not need it and would have preferred a regular room. The floor in the bathroom has a drain in the middle which tripped me, as did the uneven tiles. I'd hate for someone needing accessibility to have an accident there. Good Where people smoke outside they need to have an ashtray so cigarette butts are all over the place Love the fact that the towels were nice and not like sandpaper and that you couldn't see through the toilet paper

Exceptional The elevator wasn’t working when we were trying to leave. So we had to carry our things down 3 flights of stairs. The staff was helpful and very nice.
