The wait I have no problem being flexible but since I had to "find something to do" because my room wasn't ready for about an hour, I feel I should have been offered a discount or something. Most business I know offer something if you have to wait longer or they mess up on something. The rooms did look like the picture. The breakfast was really good!
Very nice hotel for your bucks. Bathroom needed an update. Receptionist and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful.
Ripped Off! Everything! The floor was uneven there was a large hole in it outside the bathroom door I'm handicapped so that was a problem. Also I reserved the hotel for three nights the morning of the second day we were locked out of the room we got that straighten out but we did not get our Booking value deal it cost us about 100.00 more than our reservation said. So needless to say I'm not happy!

Wonderful The pool and spa tub was ice cold! My 2 yr old couldn't swim with how cold it was. The pillows were extremely soft my favorite (:
