My room was not wheelchair accessible and I booked a wheelchair accessible room. I thought I booked a wheelchair accessible room yet it was on 3rd floor and a regular tub. So what happened when I finally got to the place I was headed because of the trip to DeSoto I fell face planted and ended up in the er because my legs where weak. Due to the fact I couldn't use my wheelchair at the hotel. It was pretty, the people where nice.
Very Good the hallway was not very clean. I noticed potato chips in the floor that were there for most of our stay. the staff was exceptional! very friendly!
