Pleasant The vending machines were not working, and having an infant we needed water to make bottles, we had to drive to the store to buy bottles of water. The front desk should’ve let customers know that the vending machines were out. Another complain was that one of the room smell really bad like mildew. We had to request to be moved to a different room.

Great stay as usual location right off interstate, room is large so family of 4 is comfortable

Okay. THe hotel was full of little-leaguers, so that skewed the experience. They only had one soda machine and it was completely empty and staff had no idea when it would be refilled. Convenient side-door access with key-card.
Desoto 2021 I was disappointed to see there are no longer Bibles in the rooms. Room was a tad bit worn, but nice. The entry from the frontage road needs to be marked better for the quick turn in. Staff was great!
I have to use the stairs 🤦 Just location is outside Dallas
