Very accommodating Traveling with a group to conference. Last minute cancelation on one room because of family emergency. Manager was very understanding and did not charge for room.
I will be a return patron! Convience to family friends and shopping and eating
Enjoyably 2 week stay. Some of the rooms need a little more care in the cleaning department. Stayed in 2 different rooms (due to a break in staying at another for family) and the first room was better. The staff was very professional during my 2 week stay. The rooms are very nice and quiet.
Clean and pleasant stay Not a major concern - but the breakfast eggs tasted like powdered eggs with too much yolk - and when that was the only fault I could quote to the clerk when she asked me on the way out - she said they were real eggs. So, I dunno; I just didn't like them. Price of night's stay was more than I wanted to pay, but everything was clean and new looking. LOVED that they had just cleaned the carpet in the room! Especially after just staying at two other places on my trip with dirty floors.
This hotel is a very nice option if you need to stay right off I-35 in DeSoto. Noisy Very nice accommodations and staff.

Awesome Hotel and Staff Clean facility. Front Desk agents were very friendly especially Jiggy. Breakfast was good. Close to many eateries, gas stations, and retail stores such as Walmart.
Very nice place to stay. We were on the 4th floor and coming up the stairs after my workout I was meet by a cockroach, which was too fast for me to eliminate it. Fortunately, none were in our room. The appearance of the room and hotel was very nice. The room was very clean and up to date.
