The only people that were rude, were the other guests. So no reflection on staff! The rude occupants. No reflection on staff! Lovely

Exceptional At some point, the fire alarm went off, and there was no one around to tell us anything. Nice clean room. Check-in was quick and easy with no hassle or last-minute fees.
