Exceptional Unfortunately because of COVID-19, we could not experience the pluses like the pool, breakfast, etc. Also, room could not get cleaned and we had to go up front desk to get more coffee, toilet paper etc. Nothing against the facility, just the circumstances. Nice room. Place was very convenient to everything.

Very Good No storage for clothes! Only two small drawers and six hangers. Other than the lack of drawers, the room was very clean, well appointed and roomy. I would stay again, if in the area. Hopefully, after COVID, so we can utilize more than just our room!

Aj We were put in a room with tile, due to our service dog, I'm thinking; I was told by a staff member that 1 area is good and the other is better. Both times we have had experienced extended stays due to medical, we have been in a room the southwest side, not what I would call a better room. On other stays we have been on the northern side, cleaner and nice rooms. While we appreciate the outdoor access when I walk the dog, it's kind of an insult to be with the smokers and dirty dogs. Very Good This hotel has 2 definitions: the good side, and the better side. We were in the good side, perhaps because we had my husband's service dog. (ADA registered). The floors are tiled, good, and a door to the fenced courtyard, better. But, in past stays, we have been on the better side, and everything is just a little better, especially the beds and pillows. We would definitely stay here again if it had been closer to where we needed to be, misread the map. Halls were a little dirty...needed vacuuming. Some employees were not wearing masks in hallways No breakfast b/c of Covid19. So pet friendly, back walk area For dogs super clean but nice grass...little patio out to walk area. Microwave and refrigerator...wood floors are great with pets, feels clean in room. Love white bedding.
