Hire some quality maintenance people and you'll be 10/10. :) The general maintenance of the property was very poor. One elevator was broken down the whole time we were there and the room had some maintenance issues as well, particularly in the bathroom.. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. The location was good, the staff were exceptional and the hotel was very clean. Also the breakfast was quite good both days we stayed.

Just hire some good maintenance guys and you'll be 10/10!!! :) The lack of maintenance of the facility, lots of broken or sub-standard fixtures, etc...otherwise a perfect 10. The staff was amazing, super nice people. The breakfast was quite good and hotel was very clean. The fixtures are nice and the bed was comfortable. The only "knock" on this place that stops it from being a 10/10 I'd The maintenance or LACK THERE OF. One of the elevators was broken for our entire 3 day stay and the rooms are in need of better maintenance... read more
