Exceeded expectations Pros: Staff. Pillows. Cons: Sound proof the rooms that are used for guests with dogs. Location: Decent sushi restaurant next door. Target and other stores very close by. Extremely helpful check in and front desk staff. Room larger than I expected. Comfortable bed and good bathroom facilities. Breakfast is help yourself and fairly basic but definitely adequate. Only negative comment would be that a dog barking in room nearby was annoying.
Visiting Family Pros: Location, amenities , etc. Cons: Nothing at this time. Location: Willowbrook Mall and other restaurants We stayed at this hotel about six months ago, visiting relatives in the area. It was still a great stay this time around. Staffing, room and location with amenities were all still great.
It was nice and the staff was friendly The staff went above and beyond to make are stay enjoyable.
Extremely Pleased Pros: The comfortable, clean room! Cons: Add scrambled eggs and sausage to the breakfast offering. Location: The location was near the malls, shopping, businesses, restaurants near the immediate location and family. I truly enjoyed my stay at La Quinta Fairfield. The people at the Front desk were so welcoming, helpful and all the while smiling. The room was absolutely clean and I slept like a baby, thanks to the housekeepers. I loved the coffee! Good hotel near New York Pros: Price Location Cons: Elevator Location: Shopping New York The hotel is cheap and pleasing, nice staff and comfort rooms. Its close to New York and many shopping places in New Jersey as well. One thing we noticed that the hotel does not have elevators and we had a stroller which forced us to fold it and lift it every time.
No frills Convenient to where we needed to be, but Hotel was packed a bus tour/trip of some type. Hotel is dated and pool was closed due to renovation. So ask before making that reservation! Staff was friendly and willing, but just not enough to win us over. Hotel was noisy due to capacity, and breakfast is nothing to get excited about. There are a few other hotels in this area that I wish we would have booked instead.
Visiting Pros: Staff and surrounding areas. Cons: Not at this time Location: Great mall nearby and plenty of food chains. The La Quinta Inn was an ideal stay. Very good location, shopping, food places nearby and easy excess. Staff was very helpful and polite. Hotel was very quiet and the room fit our needs. I will stay again in the future. C. pool and hot tub closed without notification by Ex Pros: The pool and spa (WHEN IT'S OPEN), pet friendly. Cons: Notification to a customer that the pool/spa will be closed during their stay. The hotel accommodations and breakfast was fine. But we booked with Expedia. We weren't told before we booked that the hotel spa (hot tub) and pool were going to be closed for renovations for an entire month!! We stayed a week and were only able to use the pool 2 days.
