Good hotel in great location Hot water in facebowl not always hot. Many people staying there at that time of year so getting breakfast or a table to eat or finding a parking spot was not easy. High room price for the season/time of year. Soft, almost too soft, pillows. Toilet bowl is low to the ground and probably okay for short people but too low for me. The staff were great. I had a good experience, with the exception of the blocked bathroom drain. My shower drain was blocked, I bathed in water that backed up to the height of my ankles - it was gross. I reported this to the Front Desk from the first night and again during check out. Staff made note of it.
