I checked in at midnight and needed a fork to eat my food. When we went to the front to get one we were told they are $.25. Upon saying that’s crazy let me go check my car for a quarter, the receptionist then says we only take cards!!!!! The fact that you would rather be charged more for changing the card than giving a fork is ridiculous!! We had just paid 200 for a room for a couple hours in our emergency, then you want to card my card $.25 for a fork. Hospitality department needs to be revised!!

I really like the property, but I booked the wrong location… miles from the airport and miles from the cruise port = two expensive cab rides because this location has no shuttle service.
