Property is well centrally located and the room upgrades seem nicely done. Thankfully the rooms didnt have carpets but nice wooden floors. Price for value was 👍

The only real issue I had is that the property was under construction and did seem a lot older than the pictures. The outside definitely looks better than the inside.
