Tatiana at the front desk was very helpful and thoughtful. One of Our room keys didn't work and she changed it out with a smile. We left behind an item and she was so pleasant in letting us know, and helped us figure out getting it returned to us. Lauren (? so) did a great job. We appreciate all of the staff we interacted with, your breakfast crew was very patient and responsive, they had everything ready to go when the items got low. It was ok.
Bed was good. Location of the TV to the bed was awkward. It was at the side of the bed. Could not lay in bed and watch TV. Cabinet for the frige and the bathroom door were old and awkward. Few drink machines and only one snack machine in whole bldg. Loved the air conditioner...very cold.

Conveniently close to nova university.
Nice room very clean. Good location easy to get to we stay here a lot when we come to South Florida.
Outdoor property is very nice, indoor is adequate. The only issue it the lack of two elevators, it can be a very long walk from elevator to room depending on room location.
