We liked the decor and somewhat terrarium feel from all the wonderful surrounding plants. It is always nice to have a pool and breakfast when traveling with family as we did. Unfortunately, the elevator was not accessible with the stairs and hallways clearly lacking air conditioning. I was saddened to see an elderly man walking up the steps, evidently having wet his pants. They gave me a handicapped room so every time I shower the water was all over the place Carpet needs a little cleaning

Enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant.. more specifically Laura, Gabrielle who assisted us in a early check in on such short notice, Carlos who was always smiling and helpful. They have the same breakfast every morning which is stalling, and the elevator hardly worked so we walked the stairs a lot. Was not easy with two toddless and a teenager.
