Very Nice hotel, close to Broward Mall and Red Lob Pros: Everything! Location: Excellent Location! Friendly staff, very comfortable and Clean Rooms. Also complementary breakfast is Awesome. Would recommend anyone to stay .. they will surely Enjoy!!
Not on vacation Move in to new home was delayed so hotel was our only option. Made a potential negative into a positive, and an unexpected vacation!
Not far from Seminole Hardrock Have stayed here before. Staff is nice. Nice rooms. Close to the Hardrock Live.
Good location for inexpensive shopping A bit run down, ants in the bathroom. Cleaning staff not very amicable. Knocked once and then pushes the room door open thank goodness i was dressed and the security latch was engaged. If you are just looking for shelter and food with no ambience....great.
Convenient location Pros: Convenient to where I needed to be Cons: General checking of room conditions for common issues Refrigerator did not work, no waste basket in the room, bathroom sink clogged. That being said, all was addressed by my second day and the front desk staff was truly wonderful. Pool are was great. Continental breakfast left much to be desired
Suggestions for improvement Pros: Employees were very pleasant. Location excellent for our needs. Free breakfast was very nice, with a good selection of foods. Cons: Add grab bars to tubs. Make up rooms earlier. Location: Location was good for our needs and accessible to freeway. Close to shopping centers containing popular restaurants, stores, and gas stations. Good hotel Pros: The location. It was near a lake and we saw some animals Cons: The room had an unpleasant smell Location: We had a lot of places to eat I stayed for 2 nights and ir was very good. I arrived late night and the staff wasn't cordial but next days was very good
Centrally located hotel. Pros: Nice location, room was ample size, bed and pillows were comfortable, bathroom was large. Cons: Computer printer in lobby did not work (did not print my boarding passes). TV channel selection was not good. Elevator seemed dingy inside and dated. Stayed two nights while commuting each day to the tennis tournament on Key Biscayne. Check-in and check-out were quick, and the room was as advertised.
Clean, Well Located and Cheap Pros: Room cleanliness and breakfast. Cons: air conditioner is a bit loud Location: shopping malls and restaurants. Nice neighborhood. Great location next to shopping and safe area. Hotel was clean and new with many amenities.
