The room was very neat and clean. I like that we had free WiFi and was able to watch Youtube while chilling in bed. However having the cable restarting a few times was kinda of annoying, but still was a really nice place.

The Staff (Amy in Housekeeping , Front desk Tequila & night staffer on 9/11/19) went above & beyond to accommodate both myself & my Sister with foam pillows, as requested. We are highly allergic to feathers & down bedding. The night desk staffer came to my room to bug spray at 11PM for the cockroach I found running around floor & bed. Tequila was very kind to apply a credit for inconvenience. However I suggest major tenting after the construction/painting is completed. Very clean inside and outside of the property. Staff is very welcoming and everyone is as helpful with needs. Wonderful hotel to stay and close to a variety of food areas and close to the major highways.

Hotel was easy to find and close to shopping and restaurants. Approximately 15 minutes drive to Sawgrass Mills mall. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room smelt a bit musty even after room service had cleaned and we had to use air freshener in the room. Room service could have paid a little more attention to detail when servicing the room. Breakfast was available every day which was helpful but was limited in terms of the variety of protein available.
