amazing! overall accomodation is so-so. the room cleaners did not vacuum my room within 9-day of stay. one time the trash was not pick up so i put it outside the door. it stayed there for 24 hours before i put it back again inside the room. a couple of times, i saw the same towel i used and left it on the floor put back in the rack the following day!
Only Issue...... It was a very nice experience overal. I did have issues with my key. It kept failing. Temp in hallways was a little too cold.
will book this one next time. Hotel cleanliness and decor was very impressive.
Worth the savings I liked how the hotel was centrally located in a safe neighborhood.
Cheap, Clean and great service This is for sure one of the best choices if you want to stay close to Sawgrass Mills Mall. Nice price compared to similar and the good service + maintenance + complete self service breakfast included are some of its strengths.
It has been better in the past... It's still a good value, although it has slipped quite a bit...the area is solid...breakfast is weak (especially the coffee)...bed was hard...
cleanliness We had two rooms and one was fine but the second room had mold on the shower curtain and the bathroom was not very clean. The waffle machine was great at the buffet but two would be better as there was a long line to make waffles in the morning. Great location and friendly staff!
Pleasant stay This is a great place to stay: nice people, clean room, good, quiet location and reasonably priced. The property is small but lushly landscaped and the pool area is very clean and relaxing. They also have a nice breakfast area, with a nice view, some outdoor tables and plenty of continental-type breakfast items. Wll stay again when heading that direction.
Neat and clean - no frills Well suited for business travel or quick stop overs. Very clean with courteous staff. Does not have onsite restaurant or room service, but restaurants are a short walk away.
