Terrible
The price of the hotel is reasonable. Room service is awful. Today is Thursday, and the last time the room was cleaned was Sunday. Plus, they charge 25 cents for 1 folk. Can this be any worse! Not sure if I will recommend this hotel.
The hotel is close to most universities in the area however the hotel staff look unprofessional and the hotel has a problem with roaches. Hotel Cleanliness needs improvement.
Limited food options
Check in on Sunday everything was ok. From Monday morning up to Wednesday night we had no cable, Wednesday the internet also went out went down to the front desk to inquire front desk agent Valencia was very professional and understanding but manger Carla was extremely rude. I come to this property with my family every year but because of Carla we won’t be returning. We were a family of 19 with 5 rooms. My initial reservation was cancelled even though I called & spoke with a rep at the hotel letting them know we were coming a day late. She did not let me know that would be a problem or that my reservation would be cancelled. I had to rebook paying out money I was not anticipating on spending and taking away from the funds set aside for moving our daughter into college.
