great! only one elevator was working. I was taking an exam and it took longer than accepted, I got back to the hotel at 1:30 PM.. explained the situation to the front desk and they didn’t charge me extra for a late check out.

I came back to this hotel because of the great stay that Ive The 2am screaming coming from the pool area... The back door was held open by a wet floor sign... Not safe... Near the hotels elevator... Most hotels have pool hours and they never go beyond 10-11pm Definitely not to 2am. Only one elevator working... No carts available... Had to make several trips to the front and I went out to get food... When I came back neither card key worked. It went red... Once again I had to go back downstairs to get the keys fixed. . Good La verdad, el hotel esta bien ubicado, pero no tienen personal de limpieza. Uno llega, y nadie entra a la habitación a hacer la cama, limpiar el baño, hasta que uno parte. Sí uno puede pedir juego de toallas nuevos. Un ascensor no funcionaba, nunca vi a nadie que lo reparase, y la limpiez general del hotel es 5 puntos. Mucho por mejorar. La ubicación, tranquilidad, y wifi.
