Exceptional Back door exit did not lock when closed. Elevator could not accommodate mobility scooter. Initially gave us a handicap room, however it was on the 2nd floor. Our scooter wouldn't fit in the elevator. Front desk gave us a room on the ground floor. While not a handicap room it worked out fine.
