The front desk clerk at our arrival was inhospitable and biligerent. We had an issue with the room and she was less thsn accomodating. She gave the impression that the rules were so strigent that she could not assist us. Her interest seem more geared to entertaining her friend.

Excellent stay. Rooms were clean and smelled great. Staff were all very helpful and courteous. The area was nice and very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.
