We are a little limited to having certain amenities with our building style. I have hopes that one day we will be able to change that and add some awesome additions, however I am not sure when that day will happen. Exceptional The distance from the city of Houston is far but that was expected haha, but i just only wish the San Jancinto mall near by would be renovated to be more modern because it was such a ghost town mall it was the saddest mall ive been to sooo empty I loved the hospitality provided by the front desk staff very kind and genuine, housekeeping wasnt needed but they were so nice and helpful when i asked for toiletries that ran out. Hi Christian, Thank you for the awesome review! Sorry I can't do anything about our distance from Houston but I am very pleased you enjoyed your stay with us anyway. Our mall has already been more than half demolished and the rest will be brought down soon (except JCPenney's). We are excited to have a brand new mall on the way! Good but noisy traffic Too noisy from the freeway. Arrived and the elevator wasn't working. They couldn't contact me on my UK number. Staff were very helpful. Let me check in early but on the 3rd floor. Reception asked the maintenance man if he could help with my heavy bag up the stairs, which he did thankfully. Room was nice and comfortable, clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Cracker Barrel right next door.
