Good Pillows terrible. Fiber fill sll coming apart. Tried to get a better one and staff member showed me pillows and all the same. Old and not comfortable. Bed comfortable

I would definitely book again when traveling with my pet. The elevator had to be reset a couple of times. Would have appreciated ability to stream and/or watch DVDs
