Trip to Seabrook,TX The refrigerators were not working too well in the rooms. Breakfast area had some things not working properly. The rooms were very spacious & clean. Beds comfortable. The Front Desk was very helpful as we checked in after hours. All staff were very nice!!

Great stay for Labor day weekend! Only thing I would change is have the hotel add privacy locks (the bar and hinge slide bar) on every hotel room door. Reason being, patrons with young or special needs children can't get out accidentally. Also, if the room doesn't have a do not disturb door hanger and the maids decided to go clean the room and you are in the bathroom or shower or tub in the morning the maids can't accidentally walk in on anyone. I will rent room again and loved front desk receptionist very nice and helpful. next door guest had music too loud and sound like a party going on then guest upstairs above us running and jumping annoying. breakfast was awesome, pool was relaxing, bed was very comfortable

Customer service is amazing! I was really impressed by the customer service. I communicated with the front desk staff before I arrived and after I arrived. The experience was excellent. They cared about my stay here and the check-in and checkout experience easy. They accepted my little Yorkie as their own.
