Comfortable hotel, would like communication to be better. Room was near elevator which made it noisy. I will ask for a room away from the elevator next time I go. I asked for a late check out when I booked. I got a reply from the hotel saying that the late check out had been approved. But when I tried to confirm the late check out during my stay, the person working the front desk could not confirm and did not know when the manager would return to be able to confirm.
