Very Satisfied There was nothing that we didn't like. There was something that needed to be taken care of with the TV, and the front desk attendee did not hesitate to come up and take care of one of the issues and told us what to do about the other one which was the AC. She showed exceptional customer service.
Wonderful Large room, quiet, clean
overall the staff was very helpful and polite. it seemed as if the wiring was messed up so half of our lights didn’t work. we stayed in 2 different rooms and had the same problem in both rooms the location and price was amazing. we ran into a problem for our team as our Airbnb was double booked and we had to find somewhere else to stay. hotel was very helpful and gave us a great price for the remaining two nights and did everything they could to accommodate us. would definitely stay here again
