We were very disappointed with the lack of courtesy of every interaction involving the front desk. No Continental Breakfast as advertised. Even when we did go to get our "brown bag breakfast" there was no attendant at the front desk. When she finally arrived she slowly bagged our breakfast items as if we were just an inconvenient part of her morning duties. The breakfast items were cheap, sugary, and thrown together. There was no fresh coffee or fruit juice offered. Clean and comfortable room.
Arrived early for check-in and was accommodated. Thank you. Toilet handle had to be held down for a full flush. N/A for breakfast. Location was easy to get to and located close to shopping/eating...

I will definitely suggest this hotel when visiting the Mansfield area. Breakfast was served from a bag. Location, rooms were clean.

Our room was very clean, had a great air conditioner, and a nice hot shower. Very good! My stay was really nice. I have no complaints. I am a tall person, so a shower head that is higher up would be nice, but it was manageable. The staff took extra steps to keep everything clean. I liked having a breakfast that was already packaged for me. Even after the pandemic is over, I would like to see that feature more.
