We were a group of 14 who were given non-existent consumables (food and drink) and a surcharge. This man's only response was to pay and in a deplorable tone. My stay was good but would be better if evening dining / meals are offered. The absence of dining (particularly for guests who have travelled far and do not have the energy to go out for a meal.) Although take-out orders are allowed, not everyone knows how to use them properly. The room was adequate for the purpose. I couldn't stay for breakfast as I had to leave early. I was able to have something to eat, though. The airport shuttle was great. I arrived at the airport on time.
