Very friendly and helpful staff but needs a few repairs The airplane noise was loud. Also our key card would not open the door to the pool and it seemed every guest had this problem so you need to fix the pool card reader The receptionists was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived early after being on a cruise and she allowed us to store our suitcases until our rooms were ready. She also made sure the rooms were cleaned and allowed us access slightly early. Very helpful
