Devolución de dinero cobrado de mi tarjeta Realmente me siento estafada, he pagado doble por una noche de hospedajes En realidad estoy bastante mortificada, porque quería cambiar la fecha de llegada y no me lo permitió la página ni tampoco la cancelación de la reserva, llegué el dia 28 y me habian cobrado de mi tarjeta una noche la cual no la consideraron, me hicieron pagar otra vez, hasta que ustedes les indiquen la devolución, ya pasaron 5 días y no tengo respuesta alguna de la devolución
