empfehlenswert. würden wir wieder nehmen. keine Handtücher im Bad (vergessen). nach Rückfrage wurden uns 2 Handtücher in einer Stunde versprochen. ???????🤔 Diese mussten wir uns nach 1 std abholen. kein Duschbad im Hotel, aber 4x Spülung. sicher nicht das Schlimmste auf der Welt, aber wir hatten eine lange Anreise und wollten unsere Koffer nicht auspacken, da es am nächsten Morgen weiter ging. Devolución de dinero cobrado de mi tarjeta Realmente me siento estafada, he pagado doble por una noche de hospedajes En realidad estoy bastante mortificada, porque quería cambiar la fecha de llegada y no me lo permitió la página ni tampoco la cancelación de la reserva, llegué el dia 28 y me habian cobrado de mi tarjeta una noche la cual no la consideraron, me hicieron pagar otra vez, hasta que ustedes les indiquen la devolución, ya pasaron 5 días y no tengo respuesta alguna de la devolución

excelente que no hacian limpieza cada dia a la habitacion el desayuno el acceso a una computadora en el lobby todo lo que tiene la habitacion ( refri, cafetera etc
