good value for the money nice room-good shower, enjoyed the breakfast ab the fact it had bus service to the port of Miami was a plus as we went on a cruise for 2 wks

Good location for cruise ship. Given wrong room first time. Lady was cleaning it. Keys didn't work second time. Breakfast was good
Good Our key cards would hardly open the doors. We had to try several times before it would unlock. Twice we had to go down to front desk and finally got a different key, but it had problems. We hated leaving the room not knowing if we would get back in. There were no restaurants or stores near by and the hotel had very limited snacks and drinks. A shuttle to nearby restaurants would be nice. And a selection of drinks and snacks if you aren't going to give rides. I have never felt so isolated when staying in a hotel. The roo... read more
