confortable y seguro Me tocó estar justo cuando pasó el huracán Irma...asi que la atención del personal me pareció muy buena, colaborativos, en ningún momento hubo descontrol. Casi no sentí el ruido del viento porque las habitaciones están preparadas para no escuchar el ruido de los aviones. La pileta no la conocí porque debido al huracán no se podía utilizar pero sí el gimnasio que solo tiene una máquina de spinning y una caminadora. Para mi fue suficiente. Okay The bathtub was damaged The swimming pool was not very clean and there was a bad smell in the hotel, maybe due to the hurricane a few days before. If this is the reason it might be better to tell the guests about it upon arrival, so they understand. Close to the airport

Very Good wir waren hier während Irma über Miami wütete und fühlten uns sehr sicher. Das Personal hat sich prima gekümmert. Wir hatten die meiste Zeit Strom und immer Wasser. Viele andere Hotels nicht!

Great deal for the money. The personal. Very friendly. My family and I arrived due to hurricane Irma. The staff worked hard to make us feel welcome and secured in such a stressful situation. We found the room to be comfortable and very clean!!!!!
