Fair Noisy air conditioning unit; hot water problems, poor breakfast choices. Hotel seems older and needs major improvements. Staff was attetive and friendly

It was a Pleasant stay overall, quiet and easy access to and from any location in the Hotel. Never had a Larger variety of TV Channels. Needs more Small bathroom towels( only one was available. ) The reception staff was very helpful and assisted with any queries we had. The breakfast staff very helpful also. Thanks you

Near the airport...one of several La Quintas in the airport area. When I called for the airport shuttle I was told that a van would circle by on Level 2 and to wait for it. There was no mention of more than one La Quinta in the area. I have never stayed in Miami before. Why would I know this? I saw a a La Quinta van and flagged it down. We had loaded my stuff and gone halfway around Level 2 before the driver checked to see which La Quinta I was going to. Off the van. Waited another 30 minutes for the correct van.

Okay Our room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. Suppose to be nonsmoking and facility would not accommodate with an alternate room. Allergies became inflamed. We were suppose to stay at same facility at end of trip but chose to go another hotel to avoid smoking smell. Also was given inaccurate information about shuttle to and from cruise port. Was placed on hold when calling to inquire about shuttle for almost 10 minutes and then they hung up on me Breakfast on morning
