Poor Breakfast was not like I expected there was nothing to eat other then pancakes bathroom had no towels to shower with the building was run down the customer's service was very poor I would not stay again

I'll never use la Quinta hotel again I found other people's hair on my bed. So nasty. Room 139 and 441 has bed bugs. That is unacceptable in a big and famous city like Miami.
Definitely not value for money and this hotel would not be my choice for future bookings The property/rooms are dated, bad odor, had to switch room as our bed was broken and area very noisy. Local and front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant.

We made it for 2 days 1st room had a roach, 2nd room had tub damage. A lot of staff didn’t speak or understand English. Breakfast was horrible. Me and my children ate breakfast somewhere else. Did have coffee and yogurt. Close to airport, lobby and halls were clean.
