Felt uncomfortable and dirty as the hotel is very run down. It's run down. Time to upgrade. Dirty carpet, dirty elevator, and tables for breakfast need to be cleaned more often. The leather on all the chairs were deteriorated, and it felt very nasty, even in the rooms. The Location of the airport in close proximity is the only thing I liked.

Fair The location of the AC No towel in the bathroom. I had to go downstairs to ask for towels to take a bath because the phone in the room can not communicate with the front desk. The checkout time. I think 12:00 PM is too early. 1:00 PM is reasonable. The bed was comfortable

Worst experience ever Hotel was really dirty the coffee machine was with garbage, the room was dirty personnel was rude

Is ok. People smoke in the rooms and also in the premises the breakfast the egg looks terrible cheap The staff and price

Lowest price in the area but.. you get what you pay for. Condition of room, filthy bathroom and tub ( that maintenance said 'its ok, it's just paint', TV didn't work as advertised or consistency and smell of mold in hallways. Shuttles from airport, to cruise port (port shuttle was $15 pp) staff was engaged some, pool water was clean
