Not value for money. The bathroom was not clean, shower had hair, not enough towels were in the room for the number of guests and the breakfast was bad Location

The staff was great, the hotel is trash. You should’ve paid me for staying there. The hotel is old, for the price I paid, the hotel should look way better. The owners should invest money into the upkeep of the property. Do some upgrades, get better linen. The hotel gives more of a motel, the beds are old, the furniture is old, the tvs are old. The chair in my room was literally peeling. The front desk staff were very nice, professional, and courteous.
I would not recommend. Bed was uncomfortable. Chairs were old & peeling. Furniture was old. Tub was outdated. Toilet didn't work well. Staff was cordial. Location was ideal.

Disappointing That when our wallets were stolen on the cruise ship, hotel transportation refused to bring us back to our hotel and also refused to refund any portion of what we pre paid for transportation for the return trip to the hotel. Location
