Good location for cruise ship. Given wrong room first time. Lady was cleaning it. Keys didn't work second time. Breakfast was good
Good Our key cards would hardly open the doors. We had to try several times before it would unlock. Twice we had to go down to front desk and finally got a different key, but it had problems. We hated leaving the room not knowing if we would get back in. There were no restaurants or stores near by and the hotel had very limited snacks and drinks. Convenient & clean location. A bit run down in the rooms, a renovation is needed. No mini fridge. The check in agent said my room number out loud :( also fliers slipped under door. It is conveniently located for those needing to get to the airport or port, also shuttle service for airport! All staff I interacted with was kind. Left too early to try breakfast.
