Cutler Bay July 4th Th we front desk lady jay must of been having a difficult phase because she was a bit rude but everyone has bad days sometimes. The breakfast hours definitely are too short. People on their vacations want to sleep in. Not have to get up early just cuz he wouldn't eat breakfast. Defeats the purpose of a relaxing vacation. Staff was helpful and kind especially the front desk guy.. I believe his name was Immanuel. He was very professional and kind. I'm not just one stay of mine , but all of my stays.
July Breakfast hours definitely are way shorter than they should be. Either that or offer a brunch to the guests that are staying again. Front desk guy for every stay I have, That's what he can to go above and beyond for us professionally and in a warm way. He is an asset his name is IManuel I believe
