Exceptional The inconvenience of paying for my room online then have to pay a separate deposit on site. It was as streamlined check in to room I'm used to. Inconvenient but not a tragedy! Desert (sp?) With housekeeping was the biggest help to me, going above and beyond to make sure we had what we need while trying to finish her work... love her!
